INFLUENCER CONSENT AND COMMITMENT AGREEMENT

By completing this form, I hereby agree that:

Processing of Personal Data: I explicitly consent to the collection, storage, and processing of my personal data (including but not limited to my name, surname, contact details, and social media account information) by Tried&Good for the purposes of campaign planning, communication, content management, and collaboration processes. I acknowledge that my data may be shared with partner brands involved in the campaign and that it will be securely deleted in accordance with applicable laws once the collaboration ends.

Content Creation Rules: Within the scope of this collaboration, I agree to:

- Follow the guidelines and brief provided by the brand,

- Avoid creating any content that violates laws, intellectual property rights, public morals, or platform rules,

- Grant Tried&Good and the collaborating brand full usage rights to my content, with no limitations in terms of time, media, or geography.

Obligations: I commit to delivering the agreed content within the given deadlines, sharing my honest experience with the product or service, and refraining from any actions or posts that may harm the brand’s image.
